Does Poo Patrol Clean the Entire Yard?
Poo Patrol will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?
YES! Poo Patrol provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority of Poo Patrol. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Poo Patrol has pooper scooper service plans as low as $15 per week. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $15 and $30 per week. We do offer a ton of discounts and specials throughout the year, be sure to look out for them!
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No Contracts! You can start, pause and cancel your subscription at any time.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered as hazardous material. In New Jersey, it is illegal to transport hazardous waste off the property without us paying a TON of money in licenses and fees. To avoid the hassle, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customers trash can or neatly on the side of their house after each cleanup, the disposal process will be discussed during initial walk-through.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes! We love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is being aggressive towards our team, you will be notified and asked to put them inside or you will be completely removed from our route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific clean up day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
We do our best to inform our customers a time frame at which we will arrive on the day of service. We cannot guarantee specific times of arrival, but do provide a time range for you to expect us. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
